DMA Senior Show 20/20

For my senior project, I wanted to create an ASMR-style video that can help lessen some symptoms of anxiety and depression. In my research, I found that there are studies proving that ASMR can be beneficial to people who experience symptoms from anxiety and depression such as restlessness, insomnia, and even body aches in some viewers. ASMR has been found to induce a tingling sensation in some viewers that can radiate throughout the body and reduce stress. Anxiety and depression have played a role in my life, so I wanted to create a video specifically designed to calm these symptoms. I used a few different types of sands, Orbeez, and some foam material to create a relaxing audio and visual experience for viewers.
